MERCEDES SANCHEZ, SCPM, PMP, founded Intravisions Consulting Network, Inc. in 1994, and serves as president and principal consultant. She brings to her clients over 20 years experience in executive and line operational roles, and, as a consultant, has partnered with executives to help lead significant organizational change in such industries as higher education, health care, pharmaceuticals, energy and telecommunications. Her master’s certificate in program management from Stanford University (SCPM) and her certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute – a global leader in the field of project management – are indicative of her commitment, preparation and accomplishments in the processes and body of knowledge that comprise this discipline. Mercedes is also a certified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
Mercedes’ leadership and consulting experience includes:
• Designing and leading the development and execution of the organization’s strategic direction in alignment with its culture and work processes.
• Managing large, complex consulting projects in various industries resulting in dramatic improvements in gross margin, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, revenue generation, and executive decision-making.
• Designing and facilitating large cross-organizational/functional meetings for groups focusing on business strategy development, business process transformation, and organizational culture change.
• Designing, developing and teaching courses in leadership and project management, in English and Spanish, to executive project managers and their customers in 23 countries around the world.
HARVEY JONES, SPHR, is a senior level HR executive, a seasoned consultant and business owner. His career spans more than 30 years of diverse HR leadership experience in start-up, mature, turnaround, and fast-growth businesses in technology, financial services, and health care.
Harvey developed and refined his leadership capability working with executives and their teams in diverse organizational models and cultures that provided him with insight and opportunities to:
• Partner with organizational leaders to determine business purpose and direction, and execute strategies to achieve desired results.
• Build, buy, and deliver programs to acquire, develop and retain the human talent required to meet the needs of the business.
• Educate and share information with employees about the status of the business in environments that were characterized by change.
• Design and implement performance management policies and programs that assure ongoing dialogue between managers and employees about performance and development.
His areas of expertise include: trust-based relationship building; leadership and organization development; strategic planning and execution; succession planning and executive selection; compensation systems.
His is SPHR certified by the Human Resources Certification Institute. He is also a certified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator instrument (MBTI), and is certified by the Center for Creative Leadership as a feedback facilitator for their suite of assessment for development products.
