• Helping leaders to engage and mobilize the organization by facilitating large and small group discussions and creating a shared understanding of where the organization is going and how it’s going to get there.
• Preparing leaders to monitor and measure progress against the plan and make informed course corrections, as needed, to respond to changing circumstances.
