  MERCEDES SANCHEZ, PMP, founded Intravisions Consulting Network, Inc. in 1994, and serves as president and senior partner. She brings to her clients almost 20 years experience in senior line management and operational roles in the computer industry, and has consulted for clients in international organizations, the US government and such industries as technology, health care, energy, telecommunications, and higher education.

Her certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute – a global leader in the field of project management –  is indicative of her commitment, preparation and accomplishments in the processes and body of knowledge that comprise this discipline. The knowledge areas that are included in this body of knowledge are the Management of Project Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resources, Communication, Risk and Procurement.

She is also a certified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
 
Mercedes’ business and consulting experience includes:
 
bullet Managing large, complex consulting projects in various industries resulting in dramatic improvements in gross margin, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, revenue generation, and executive decision-making.
bullet Designing, developing and facilitating large cross-organizational/functional meetings for groups focusing on business strategy development, business process transformation, and organizational culture change.
bullet Designing, developing and teaching courses in project management fundamentals and leadership principles, in English and Spanish, to project managers and their customers around the world.
bullet Designing, developing, and delivering training courses to educate clients in support of successfully completing each consulting initiative.

 

 
 

HARVEY JONES, SPHR, serves as Intravisions’ COO and senior partner. He is an HR executive, and subject-matter expert with over 30 years of diverse HR experience in the energy, financial services, technology, and health care industries.

His certification as a Senior Practitioner in Human Resources (SPHR) is an endorsement of his knowledge, experience and level of accomplishment within the human resources body of knowledge. 

This body of knowledge includes Strategic Management, Workforce Planning and Employment, Human Resource Development, Compensation and Benefits, Employee and Labor Relations, and Occupational Health, Safety and Security. 

 
 


He is also a certified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator instrument (MBTI), and is certified by the Center for Creative Leadership as a feedback facilitator for their various 360 degree assessments for development instruments.

Harvey’s business and human resources experience includes:
